There are many other dominant Iowa casinos, including Harrah’s Council Bluffs, with 28,250 square feet, 1,212 slot machines, and 39 table games.

A tinier Iowa gambling den is the Diamond Jo, a water based gambling hall in Dubuque, with 17,813 square feet, 776 slot machines, and 19 table games. The Catfish Bend water based, in Fort Madison, with 13,000 sq.ft., 535 slot machines, and 14 table games. Another Iowa paddle wheel boat casino, The Isle of Capri, is open never closes, with 24,939 sq.ft., 1,100 one armed bandits, and 24 table games. The Mississippi Belle II, a 10,577 square foot river boat gambling den in Clinton, has 506 slots, 14 table games, live productions, and Thursday blackjack tournaments.

Iowa casinos provide a great deal of tax revenue to the commonwealth of Iowa, which has allowed the budgeting of a lot of state wide activities. Vacationers have increased at an accelerated rate along with the requirement for companies and a gain in working people.
